Our Philosophy
Dance is not just a performance, but a way of discovering what it means to be alive.
Founded in Singapore in 2018, YUE Dance Studio, part of Xiang Yue Culture Arts, brings together adult learners of all backgrounds under the guidance of accomplished artists.

A faculty of 5, spanning ballet, Chinese classical, folk, and contemporary dance.
Daniel Deng Yu
Artistic Director
Daniel graduated from the Dance Department of Fujian Arts Academy and later studied under modern dance master Cao Chengyuan at the Beijing Dance Academy. He moved to Singapore in 1994, where he joined the People's Association Dance Company, and is now Artistic Director of YUE Dance Studio (Xiang Yue Culture Arts).
Bai Ying Wen
Folk Dance Instructor
Bai Ying Wen graduated from the Folk Dance Department of the Beijing Dance Academy. An artist who unites performance, teaching and choreography, he collaborates closely with artists across the region to promote Chinese dance culture.
